Black Garlic Butter Wings

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 cup  Unsalted Butter, melted

  • 10 cloves Texas Black Garlic, minced

  • 2 1/2 lb Chicken Wings


  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Heat butter in a small sauce pan over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic to the butter, stirring frequently. Bring butter and black garlic to a light boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, pure and reserve.

  2. Add 1 teaspoon salt. Pour butter-black garlic mixture over wings, and toss to coat. Bake wings at 325°F for 50–60 minutes. Serve with a smile, no dip needed
